Medical Receptionist Skills
Gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to gain employment in medical administration/reception in a hospital, or any of the allied health areas. Course will cover: Interpret & apply medical terminology, prepare & process medical accounts, confidentiality, privacy and security within the medical environment, PracSoft application and more.
Mondays 9.30 am —12.30 pm starts 24th April x 16 weeks
Total Cost $120 (Course fee + Manuals) students will also need a medical dictionary (available for purchase at Office)
Introduction to Retail
This course is suitable if you are seeking work in retail sales in either a small business or large multi-store companies. Covers: Customer service, OH&S, Stock control, Point of Sale and cash registers, Security, Workplace communication & Sales. Includes resume writing, job applications and Interviews

MS Word 2016 Skills
Looking for employment in a clerical or office position? This course aims to enhance existing skills by covering more specific documentation creation aspects such as working with multiple documents, formatting tables, tabs, lists, merging, section breaks, templates and more.
Thursdays 1—3.30 pm x 8 weeks. Starts 27th April
Total Cost: $65 (Course fee + manual & IT levy) (You must have basic word processing skills)
