Medical Receptionist Skills

Gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to gain employment in medical administration/reception in a hospital, or any of the allied health areas.  Course will cover: Interpret and apply medical terminology appropriately. Prepare and process medical accounts.  Apply the principles of confidentiality, privacy and security within the medical environment. Maintain patient records . Assist with practice administration (including Pracsoft) and more.

Fridays 9.30 am —3 pm Starts 20th April x 10 weeks

Total Cost $120  (Course fee + Manuals) students will also need a medical dictionary (available for purchase at Office)

MYOB V19 (night)

Want to learn how to use AccountRight to do your basic day-to-day processing? Then this course is for you. Designed to give you a working knowledge of the essential business processes using MYOB  AccountRight software, this course will take you from entering sales and purchases right through to reconciling the bank account.

Thursday 6—8.30pm  Starts 26th April x 8 weeks

Cost: $120 including manual.

Upgraded to Windows 10?

Still struggling or having problems with Windows 10. This course is designed for you and will step you through Navigating the Windows 10 desktop, applications , customising and features.

Wednesdays 9.30 am—12 Starting 2nd May for 8 weeks Total Cost $60  

(please note this course is no longer government funded) Pre-requisite: Must have basic computer skills

Fill the Gaps

Have you done a few courses but there are still a few things you want to learn or just go over again, then this course has been designed for you. Want to know how to transfer images or data from your phone, connect to Wi-Fi hotspots, or maybe something else.

iPads for Beginners

This hands-on course will help you get up and running with your iPad. Covers setting up your iPad, using the Internet, the Apple Apps Store, camera, calendar functions & more
